Meet Jen Davis, another fabulous SHAPE personal trainer, and next in an alphabetical list of fitness professionals we’ll be introducing you to in the next few weeks!
Jen Davis | CPT, RN, RYT
With a Bachelors Degree in Nursing, Jen has first-hand knowledge of how nutrition and exercise affect the human body. During her years in the healthcare industry, she also became keenly aware of the direct correlation between physical and emotional well-being. So after the birth of her second child, rather than return to nursing, she elected to pursue a career where she could proactively foster quality and preventative health. Armed with a background in healthcare and passion for fitness, she quickly rose to the top of her field. She has been noted in numerous publications and her certifications include RN, CPT, Yoga Alliance, Group Fitness, Kickboxing, TRX, CPR, AED, Les Mills BODYPUMP and Body Combat. In addition, Jen works with clients in the specific areas of youth fitness, prenatal, postpartum, COPD, MS, and routinely collaborates with physicians and physical therapists to ensure expedient rehabilitation.
Needless to say, Jen is qualified to address your fitness and nutritional needs, but what really sets her apart is her dedication to helping you reach your goals.
